Nice place to start with when moving in to area. Safe, good location... pretty clean with good standards yet pricy ... (for example: cigarette butts lying in grass and luck of resolving that issue is very annoying). Surprisingly we encounter sometimes a very slow response by part of management (specially new ones) plus some new employees should be trained in proper manners. Sometimes when going to office we feel like not welcome .. Front desk stuff from year ago were much better and so nice and open to listen. new ones ( specially one) not so nice. I feel that is very rude to eat cokes while trying to answer to clients questions.. But I'm old fashion and still remember proper code of ethics when speaking to clients.. Over all great safe place but needs improvements for price charged should have high quality improvements. Stairs are so poorly design and noisy.. In conclusion we like the place and there is no perfect spot to please all but some basic things can be resolved and improve much faster.. Gate is very good example of it... one year is much to long for privately run entity..

    Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're happy to hear your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to be able to address some of these. We try our best to be able to stay ahead of unsightly things around our community, such as the cigarette butts on the ground. It's a very hard thing to catch in the act, but have made it a priority between ourselves and our groundskeepers to bring our attention to over the next couple of days. We do agree that our gate systems were not functioning for an extended period of time. In order to provide the best solution and end-result for our residents, we chose to replace the gate altogether, as opposed to repairing it. We know that, despite the wait, residents will now enjoy being able to access the community with ease. Customer service is paramount to our experience. Each member of our staff is expected to provide service excellence, be knowledgeable as well as create a warm & welcoming relationship with every resident.
