.Slippery Slopes & Dog Stuff
Nice apartment with washer & dryer and screened porch. Grounds are nice until you step in the dog poop or occasionally smell the aroma. Beware of slippery rental practices, especially when it comes to renewing the lease. Your lease will end on theā¦Ā See More >dmatmor

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF!
I was in a single bedroom at Madison. Their AC system is dirty and has not been replaced for more than a decade or perhaps two. As the result, the electricity bill for MY ONE BEDROOM would come out to be 300 dollars a monthā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Noise !!!
If you are looking for a quite decent tenants - Skip this one !! students in and all kinds of party people till morning with no regards to working class. Only stage II of that complex seem to be decent but expensive !!

Over priced for what you get - (Phase 1)
Madison point is a nice place to live. Its generally clean, quiet enough, and pretty convenient to everything. Gym is always broken. Apartments are small and box like with no character.
