Donāt live here, they up charge utility bill like crazy, in a 3 person apartment we paid 100+ for each person each month so 300+ total, and we donāt even use that much of anything. Normal utility would be around 40 to 60 per personā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Terrible place, is not worth it
Would not recommend, police are constantly called and there is constant misinformation. If you ask the office anything, you can get a different answer for the same exact question every time you go there. Not even a month after I moved in they started askingā¦Ā See More >wf-username

Convenient for students at Santa Fe because my classes are right there. Amenities are clean and the staff are cool and always helpful. Also, Residents are respectful. Cheap and reliable. Noise level is not bad.

I really like these apartments and the staff is very nice, I talked to a lady named Amber and she explained everything about the apartment in very good detail. I would highly recommend these apartments.
