I moved in last month and so far have nothing but good things to say. Management, leasing office, staff are all courteous and seem to really care if I am happy. Big apartment - larger than anything in the area - great views - walk or short drive to all sorts of good stuff. Happy that I made the move. more

Upon searching local rentals , I was greeted by a warm and professional staff. the choice was easy since the apt was clean with rich warm floors. moving in was easy and any problem ie, tiolet, replace bulbs & washing machine nob replacement was taken care of quickly. the icing on the cake is the pool facing the waterway, feels like your away. hoping they do add grills & a covered bike more

Overall I enjoyed Aventura Harbor. The beautiful pool area had me sold. I read the reviews before I lived so I kind if knew what to expect but here at a few things to warn you about. I lived in the first building 1. The staff was rude. Whenever I had a question or complaint the response from them was always a disinterested type tone. Seems they were more concerned with getting you out their more

Portofino at Biscayne

The only plus to living here is the maintenance staff. They are quick to resolve any issue. The cleaning ladies and beyond nice (even though there's a language barrier). The management is horrible. The blonde lady you check in with before talking to management is extremely rude. Jim is very rude and extremely unprofessional. I lived here years ago and Jim was Herr with Claudia. Claudia was more

As with many rentals in Miami, they attempt to draw you in with their "newly renovated" and "upgraded" units. These are just cheap ploys to charge ridiculous prices for units they do not maintain. Sure they look nice but major repairs are needed but won't happen because throwing in granite counter tops allows them to raise what they charge you and hide the ancient plumbing more

I rarely post reviews but have no choice but to do so now considering the circumstances. Taking away all the emotion out of it, here is my take on this building after having lived here 6 years. Here's the good, the bad, and the ugly with this AIMCO property: THE GOOD - The property is managed quite well - The staff is friendly, for the most part - Maintenance is timely - Great location - more

Worst place to live in. Please do not move here. Maintanance department is a disaster and management the same. They do not care or provide good service. They all cover their backs and never solve the problems. There are roaches all over and garbage and smell of contamination. This will go further. Since I signed the lease and moved in I have been willing to leave all the time and this is serious more

STAY AWAY!!! There are many reasons to NOT move here, but the main ones are as follows: 1. RUDE, INCOMPETENT and CONDESCENDING staff. If you want to be treated like a 5 year old kid... then this is your place. They make you feel stupid every time you ask something and they're on a complete power-trip. 2. They squeeze out every penny you have in the most absurd ways! READ THE FINE PRINT of more

Submitted Work Request #7445-1 back in October, still not fixed. Had to spend money to fix it myself. Submitted Work Request#8631-1 4 weeks ago. Sent 12 e-mails of this problem, never got a reply. I followed up with a visit to the office, and a phone call, Just to be ignored. Not a good place to live. Dont trust their Google Plus profile as they will delete your review. Above is the more

Bad!!! I would not recommend this place to any one! No parking space after 6:00pm dirty walls in all the 3 buildings. The lady in the front (ZOLIA) doesn't listen to your problems and is always complaining about HER JOB in front of costumers. Washing machines are always broken and every time they fix them the prices go up. Elevator is always broken and if NOT BROKEN they turn it off During more
