Unfortunately, Sharon thinks she can control every aspect of HUD living in this complex. She is constantly sending notices that HUD changed this rule, and HUD changed that rule when in actuality she changed this or that rule. This lady is a total control freak. I have contacted HUD, and several of my fellow tenants are now bringing up issues that she is continually altering the lease for her own good. SHE ABSOLUTELY HATES YOUNG PEOPLE unless they kiss her butt. God forbid you ever try and contact her about an issue because she is never there. She opens when she wants, and she closes when she wants. Thankfully, enough of us tenants have gotten documentation for our complaints (one issue: how when she gets mad, eviction is imminent, and sometimes we band together to see how she will attack one of us over petty instances). If you really enjoy your freedom, don't ever bother to move here. Any of your ammendment rights are not protected. My daughter just got evicted for some junk she didn't do. Now she's forced to quickly find a home when she was already in assisted living. It's funny how I only have to say one thing that someone said to watch her go stir crazy. I feel bad that I wanted to voice some of my concerns because now I got a friend in trouble. She just called, and I don't even want to show my face. It's that bad where if you have a problem you can't speak from your own mouth (b/c you won't have a place to live) you have to use others to keep from telling this lady it's your problem. It's never a doubt that my neighbor will run up there--whether or not--she can confirm what I said was even true. To the girl that knows I lied, I am so desperately sorry. It was not how I intended it to be. I truly didn't think she would get so mad. I am going to say this though, I am disabled. I cannot be bothered with repairs. The appliances I have are so outdated, and they break all the time. In addition, the cost of my electric is SOO high. I get a set amount every month. Most of it goes to my bills. My "kids" have to make due all the time because there are too many expenses associated with being here. Rent is suitable, but not for this place. I can hear everything people do upstairs. It's almost as if they are coming through the ceiling. I wake up everytime someone uses the bathroom, and they say everytime I close my door pictures are falling. My neighbor is so nosy, and peculiar. She has no life so she invades everyone else's. Pot is her only friend, and I feel bad saying that, but hey I will glad to get that other place soon. She actually keeps her window open just to listen to people's conversations. Later she runs up there running her mouth. People are in constant fear of losing their homes, so if you come here you will need to join the office click. If you can't talk badly about people, don't bother coming because you'll be evicted very soon. The roaches are horrible, and the plumbing, well the plumbing is just insane. My water just falls out---no pressure here. The inspections are all the time. According to HUD none of this is supposed to be going on. Again, I am doing everything I can to make this a better place. I feel bad that this lady got me wrapped up in her childish ways. It's just something that happens to you after being here for so long. If any other tenants have documentation of her wrath, we are going to begin holding meetings. It's a word of mouth thing, but we have almost 40 participants now so if you ask it is almost certain someone will know how to become a part of this. If you are too scared to speak up at least make notes and forward them to:
