They don't allow dogs besides sugar dogs which one is a full size so its ok for a few but discriminates to the other guests who have to leave there babies where they can find. And cats are also ok so it is animal discrimination. Also I have to go 3x minimum to get my card fixed to get in my door even when lobby's closed and have had to wait.for being new amdities they are a little grimmey more

Courtney Chase Apartments

1100 Courtney Chase Circle, Orlando, FL 32837

02/02/15 by Ivanna Abreu:
Just moved from NYC to Orlando and I love this area since I have family living here so I wanted to find a place in Hunters Creek to be near them. Well, Courtney Chase is extremely overpriced for an apartment that has all the appliances outdated. I can't complain about the neighborhood which is one of the best in Orlando. It's very quiet and peaceful, neighbors are friendly. But it feels more

Pegasus Pointe (formerly Knight's Court)

4401 College Dr, Orlando, FL 32826

Now known as Pointe @ Central...from a mother's point of view: Safety, Price, Location, and Transportation. After back 'n forth on tours, reading reviews and comparing we selected Pointe @ Central. The staff was pleasant as we picked up the key/packet on move-in day for the 4x4 apartment. As we proceeded and arrived to the apartment it was HORRIBLE; I could have fainted and was more

The Glenn (formerly Heather Glen Apartments)

10801 Heather Ridge Circle, Orlando, FL 32817

02/13/15 by Verified Resident:
I have had bad experiences here (aka apartment fire, having to move) that were out of management's control. Overall I have enjoyed my stay and I like all of the people working at the apartment complex. I have had issues with the responsiveness of maintenance but all of the maintenance employees are very nice and professional otherwise. more

Cornerstone Apartments

2409 S Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812

I regret ever moving here. The leasing agents are liars. Things to look out if you dumb enough to come and check out these apartments. To cancel you lease you must pay 4 months of rent just to put it in simple terms. 60 days notice and two months of rent is the penalty fee. OUCH!! Second there is a great fitness center but the working class can't use it. It's only open during office more

Orion On Orpington

12700 Orpington Street, Orlando, FL 32826

I love everything about Orion EXCEPT parking And the refrigerators. We need way more parking and bigger refrigerators for four people. Other than that living here is a breeze. more

City View Apartments at Hughes Square

595 West Church Street, Orlando, FL 32805

02/26/15 by anonymous:
I lived here for a year 2014-2015 and the only good things that it has are the facilities and the maintenance team. The office staff is ok, but the concierge is rude and unpleasant. In addition to this when we had real problems (flood), took them 6 months to fix it and the only answer was that they were waiting for the insurance. In addition, there is not visitors parking and the surroundings are more

Clarcona Groves Apartments

5462 Clarcona Key Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32810

01/05/15 by Verified Resident:
During my stay at Clarcona Groves, I have had courteous customer service when needing help with maintenance issues and even dealing with rental problems. They really work to make your stay peaceful and like family. I've lived here for almost 3 years and definitely would recommend it to others. more

Dover Gardens Apartments

1448 Adriel Ln, Orlando, FL 32812

02/11/15 by bushadvisor:
The manager, Ernie, lives on site and is extremely nosy. She personally monitors who is coming and going from your apartment and God help you if you have a friend stay over for more than a few days. Expect to have a tow sticker on their car window. The owner attempted to screw me over when I moved out. I was scheduled to turn in my keys on the first of the month and had a notice to vacate more

Indigo West

6101 Raleigh Street, Orlando, FL 32835

03/05/15 by Verified Resident:
The staff is friendly. They listen when I told them my needs. Although the apartment was not the same as the one I was shown, the apartment I actually moved into I loved a lot more. The apartment complex is quiet, which is a plus, because with my job I have to work some night shifts. more
