I lived at the Edge for 2 years in a 4x4 and a year in a 1 bedroom. Absolutely loved it! Pool is great and there is always something going on. I met two of my best friends through their random roommate matching! more

Alexandria Parc Vue at Lake Buena Vista

This apartment complex is absolutely terrible! We have had nothing but trouble since we moved in. Our apartment flooded TWICE! Maintenance took their sweet time fixing it. It was about a three month process because they weren't doing it right. You can still see stains from the water spots on our ceiling. Instead of replacing the rotted wood on the bottom of the brown, wood bathroom vanity, more

Good quality apartments and inexpensive rent. I moved to Campus Crossings because it is both close to UCF and affordable. It's often labelled "ghetto," but I have to disagree. Having personally lived in bad neighborhoods most of my life, I'd say Campus Crossings is actually rather nice. Yes I might see a shady character once in a while, but no one has ever bothered me. Let me first start of that we absolutely love this place! We just renewed our lease and we will most likely renew next year as well! I don't know what people are talking about when they say there are roaches galore because in the year that we have been here we have NOT seen one inside our apartment! The ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful! They really go above & beyond when it comes more

Regency Gardens (formerly Briar Creek Apartments)

5575 Rosebriar Way, Orlando, FL 32822

I have recently moved to Orlando to work at the Airport. I found this development as it is close to my work and I do shift work. The management team have been very helpful and have allowed me paint 2 of my rooms. Good parking and a safe quiet area. I have noticed some police officers having their coffee from time to time and makes the community feel very safe. Great location for me, gardens more

Watauga Woods

1637 Watauga Avenue, Orlando, FL 32812

These apartments are not safe. The fencing on the back right corner is made up of many different fences leaving hole that homeless people use to access the development. They are looking in windows, checking doors, and breaking into cars stealing. I tried to make an appointment to speak to the manager but she refused, She would not come to the phone and does not care. She is a very unprofessional more

Grandeville on Avalon Park

525 Loyola Circle, Orlando, FL 32828

02/23/15 by Jachoward1:
Once again, Grandeville is broken. It is one of the few apartment complexes that does not feel the need to be concerned with its' residents safety. While many other complexes employ a security patrol, Grandeville will not heed the requests from the residents for a security patrol like most complexes have. It can't be because they believe the area is safe. Last night, a helicopter more

The District Universal Boulevard

Pros and Cons about the District: Pros: 1.Walgreens is within walking distance-saves you from having to get into your car and drive down the street. It's literally a 10 second walk 2. Courtyard is well maintained and grass always looks nice and cut(minus dog poop from people being lazy) 3. Elevators for those who don't enjoy walking the stairs 4. Interior of the apartments themselves are more
