This was such a horrible place to live. The staff is rude and never returns calls if you leave a message. A lot of drug activity and anyone can get through the gate. They raised rent and you get nothing in return for it. more

Not happy with this place at all! I've lived here for a few years now and it keeps getting worse. When I moved in I dealt with the assistant manager Brittany. She was the only person who ever cared or knew what was going on. The other people are correct the manager is never there. She doesn't care about anything we have to go through here. Can't believe she's still here. I more

I love college station! The staff is extremely friendly and every time I go to the office they have snacks and coffee and everyone knows my name! Taco Tuesdays are a thing and I love it. There is no gym, they have bikes but that's it but for the peace there is I don't mind! Maintenance also comes immediately and fixed the problem! more

Maintenance is not the best, they cruise around on their carts just to catch the breezes, they're very lazy when it comes to supplying products and fixing things in the units. For leaks, instead of fixing it they'd rather spray a thin coat of whatever, just to stop the leak while they're there, they leave and leak starts back up, causing mold, mildew, starting leaks in other more

Good quality apartments and inexpensive rent. I moved to Campus Crossings because it is both close to UCF and affordable. It's often labelled "ghetto," but I have to disagree. Having personally lived in bad neighborhoods most of my life, I'd say Campus Crossings is actually rather nice. Yes I might see a shady character once in a while, but no one has ever bothered me. Once again, Grandeville is broken. It is one of the few apartment complexes that does not feel the need to be concerned with its' residents safety. While many other complexes employ a security patrol, Grandeville will not heed the requests from the residents for a security patrol like most complexes have. It can't be because they believe the area is safe. Last night, a helicopter more

I have been living at the Plaza on University since August of last year and have absolutely loves every second! Whenever I have visitors compliment my granite countertops and my beautiful leather style couches. Our amenities even look like I live at hotel similar to a Ritz or Marriott! My parents wishes housing like this was available to them when they were in college and all my friends wish they more

Pros and Cons about the District: Pros: 1.Walgreens is within walking distance-saves you from having to get into your car and drive down the street. It's literally a 10 second walk 2. Courtyard is well maintained and grass always looks nice and cut(minus dog poop from people being lazy) 3. Elevators for those who don't enjoy walking the stairs 4. Interior of the apartments themselves are more

STAY AWAY! Signing the lease was the worst mistake of my life. I'm currently living here. When you first inquire about moving, the staff is polite and profession. Once you sign the lease, they could care less about you. You're just another payment. The staff is extremely rude, condescending, and unapologetic about anything and everything. Don't trust the show apartment. It's more

I have lived here for two years and I am counting down the days until we move! They have been making all kinds of esthetic upgrades so it is pretty on the outside. To bad living here is a nightmare no matter how pretty the palm trees are. The maintenance is a joke. My bathroom sink leaked underneath. The guy came out and said the pipping is off and we just need to not run the water at full more
