I do not recommend it at all, they take all the deposit even thought they said when we checked out everything is okay but they keep everything and even asked for damages. They are very rude especially the management and the maintenance is very bad. more

It's good place for a good price. The apartments aren't luxurious but in my opinion they're just good enough for a college student. One downside is that there is no proper gym. The people at front office always have a good attitude and also ready to help any time. more

A new company has recently commenced management of the property, Bainbridge. We recently had a family emergency where my fiancee's father passed away unexpectedly. We were in another state and paying rent was furthest from the forefront of our mind. When we attempted to make a payment on the website we were unsuccessful. Upon our return to Florida, which was only the 5th of the month, I more

I've been living at Advenir at Polos East since August 2013 and I have to say it's probably one of the better places I've lived. The community is quiet and very pretty, and while the apartments aren't 100% new, they are well taken cared of. I would easily recommend others to live here, since the location is great and the rent is reasonable. more

I would definitely say this is one of the better campus communities for UCF students. Ive lived here for almost two years and visted many of the other complexes in the area and am very happy with my choice. As far as management/maintence goes, I'm not sure why everyone is saying they are so rude or unhelpful etc. Everyone Ive talked to has been really nice and worked to handle any problem I more

I don't know what kind of arrangement Jackie has with the company but having someone so rude work there is a bad move. Just knowing she's there makes me never want to renew or refer anyone. She is obviously bitter from working there so long. Does she share ownership of these apartments? She pretty much takes everything personal and makes your life a living hell if she does not like you. more

This place is obviously for meager living. They do some inhumane things though such as not testing for mold after causing a leak inside of units. They also have poor insulation and sometimes no insulation on windows or sliding glass door. The whole layout of our unit was tile and when we moved in it was covered with cockroaches. Upon finally getting a washer and dryer delivered we discovered that more

I lived at Summerfield for 3 years out of necessity. I would rather live in Harlem on 125th Street. It would be safer and cleaner since Orlando is rated the 3rd crime worse city to live in, in the US. Roaches, rats and lots and lots of bats. Wooden porches that are ready to fall down. Mold on walls even when you spray with bleach and paint, the mold comes back. Culturally diverse more

Vista Verde was purchased on 10/29/14 by a group based out of Miami, they have fixed all of the things McKinley neglected and the property is now professionally managed by Michaelson Group. The staff is courteous and professional as well the maintenance men respond right away. I feel like they are going to be good owners and turn this beautiful property back around to be one of the best in the more

Seriously ghetto people are the reason why this place is falling to pieces. This is a beautiful community with loads of potential, apartments are nice and spacious, pool and lake view is gorgeous and its located in a area that's so close to everything, sure down the street is not pretty but its a gated community beyond these gates should be a comfortable living environment. Unfortunately the more
