Cricket Club Apartments

1641 Cricket Club Cir, Orlando, FL 32828

05/01/15 by Bandete1:
I have been living in Cricket Club for four years. I have to move due to work, and I will miss the place I've call home for the last four years. The staff are very professional and I can't say enough about the maintenance crew, always professional and can fix anything. The buildings have new paint and new roofs and the grounds are always kept very clean. more

Grand Reserve at Kirkman Parke

3301 South Kirkman Road, Orlando, FL 32811

04/23/15 by Mfranklin1988:
Really disappointed because the location is very convenient. The neighbors and street noise are the loudest I have ever experienced also. These apartments are not well made and every time the people above walk it sounds like a herd of elephants going across the ceiling. My sink backed up and wouldn't drain because the food disposal stopped working (common problem) and it took 3 days for more

Auvers Village

5800 Auvers Blvd, Orlando, FL 32807

06/26/15 by Verified Resident:
I've had no complaints. The one maintenance request I've submitted was completed quickly. The community is relatively quiet. The current staff has been very friendly every time I've had to speak with them about anything. The power line pole lights should have their lights replaced, as they seem to randomly go out at night. more

Village at Alafaya Club

3100 Alafaya Club Drive, Orlando, FL 32817

06/19/15 by anonymous:
The office is uncooperative most of the time and I've gotten attitude from the managers. When our washing machine broke in my first apartment they didn't consider it an "emergency" and it was left unfixed for over 2 weeks. When I switched apartments, the AC was broken and they took another 2 weeks to actually fix it. Then, because of the broken AC, mold began to build up in the more

Vista Verde

1658 S. Hiawassee Road, Orlando, FL 32835

01/21/15 by Melissanikki:
Vista Verde was purchased on 10/29/14 by a group based out of Miami, they have fixed all of the things McKinley neglected and the property is now professionally managed by Michaelson Group. The staff is courteous and professional as well the maintenance men respond right away. I feel like they are going to be good owners and turn this beautiful property back around to be one of the best in the more

Avalon Reserve

14451 Avalon Reserve Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32828

02/23/15 by anonymous:
I lived at Avalon for 1 year and I really enjoyed my time there. My neighbors were mostly very nice and considerate. I only had problems with a neighbor once and it was promptly taken care of. The community is well lit and there is security on site. That being said, this apartment complex takes safety and appearances very seriously. They do not like residents to be sitting out on the stoops, etc. more

Colonial Pointe

2300 Econ Cir, Orlando, FL 32817

06/01/15 by bwolf27:
I have live at Colonial Pointe for 4 years. The office staff have been great. They are friendly anytime I walk in there. Anytime I have had any issues with my apartment maintenance has been there within 24 hours to fix or replace it. Only disadvantage is that the walls are kind of thin and you can hear your neighbors at times as well as someone with a heavy foot above. Overall I would more

Landmark at Siena Springs (formerly Lexington Park Apartments)

6101 Westgate Drive, Orlando, FL 32835

05/30/15 by anonymous:
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Landmark at Sienna Springs has been a nightmare since myself and stepson moved here. At the beginning we were tricked by the beautiful leasing office and model apartment which are NOT ING like we received. No one did a Walk through with us so we were forces to live in an apartment where the counter top are just painted black with mold and cheap yellow installation that falls more
