Abaco Key Apartments

10712 Mystic Cir, Orlando, FL 32836

Abaco Key is a great place to live. For both a single person or a family. I love living here so much I don't even mind the fact that I drive 40 miles to work everyday. The amenities are well taken care of and the facilities are always well kept. Every time I had an inconvenience the staff has helped me and some have gone the extra mile to provide an excellent customer experience. They work more

Post Parkside Orlando

425 E Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801

11/13/14 by KNash2014:
Elevators always broken, roaches all over the place, Post is very old and the entire building smells. The best thing of Post Parkside is the pool area and location, very safe neighborhood. Staff that run the property are not very friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can get a better apartment for the price they are renting the units. Do not make a mistake, look aroung other more

Wentworth Apartments

10200 Dylan Street, Orlando, FL 32825

12/18/14 by anonymous:
The apartments are nice, big rooms, plenty of space, big kitchen, nice bathrooms and walk in closets. the outdoors were always clean, they take good care of everything as far as cleanliness. The maintenance staff is very friendly and are always doing a great job. The negative about this place is management. The head manager is a complete ogre, he has no manners and isn't friendly at all, some more

Conway Forest (formerly Conway Station Apartments)

2520 S Conway Road, Orlando, FL 32812

I have lived here for three years and just resigned my lease for another year. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience as a resident here! Mike and his staff are amazing and truly care about the residents and are always making improvements around the complex. When I have had my issues with noisy neighbors Mike makes sure it is dealt with on his end and follows up to see if any more

I lived at the Grand Reserve for a short time. I hated living there, the rent is too expensive for an apartment that is not updated. It is noisy, someone was smoking pot, which stinks up the common area. The name does't fit the place. more

Aqua at Millenia

5451 Millenia Lakes Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32839

I wish I could recommend living here but sadly I cannot. I have had a chance to read through some of the reviews and I can vouch for paper thins walls, the phone not being answered, problems not solved unless you are the squeaky wheel, etc. In the beginning, as stated by other's I was actually proud to live here and could boast about amenities that other communities did not offer, especially more

Estates at Park Avenue

2801 Biltmore Park Drive, Orlando, FL 32835

I don't even know where to begin on how upset I am at The Estates at Park Ave. I lived there for about 3 years maybe even longer cause it felt like forever. I never had a problem with anyone in the office and I never really had a reason to go there unless it was to pay my rent on time (which I always did). Every year my rent would go up and the value of the complex would go down. It got to more

Reserve at Beachline

8355 Narcoossee Road, Orlando, FL 32827

12/12/14 by TJIPETIR:
I have lived in a corner unit on the top floor of building 8 since the grand opening of the community seven years ago. Having renewed my lease six times here, I think it is obvious I am happy living here. If you read the reviews of this community on various sites, then you will see repetitive comments. The most frequently repeated comments are that this community is too expensive and that there more

Bala Sands Apartments

8008 Balasands Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32818

This place is an embarrassment. Our air conditioning was not even functioning when we moved in in June. Hauled furniture upstairs in 80-90 degrees. They came by twice the first day to fix it and both times it stopped working shortly after. Ended up with a window unit for the first few days until they fixed it again. Over the first two months it was 'repaired' 9 times, each time involving more

Waldengreen Apartments

I have been living in Riva now for 7mos. I have been moved once since living here due to a noise issue being handled unprofessionally by a former employee resulting in damage to my property. After moving to a new apartment in a new building,(that is old and all the cabinets and doors are all outdated) I found out my roof is leaking(in every section of the living room.) The leak ruined my couch more
