Summit At Metrowest

6500 Metrowest Blvd, Orlando, FL 32835

I've been here for just about 4 months and this is the tgird management company. The "security" gate has never worked, the fitness center was closed for an extended period of time, if you try and use the community computer you have to wait for the leasing agents to finish using it with potential victims...I mean lessees. The club house area is ok, don't think a out playing pool more

To whom it may concern ( perspective renters ) For starters the management there is so inadequate, there extremely rude and have absolutely no people skills and diffidently no communication skills. We only had to pay a small deposit initially upon move-in but at the end of the lease they came up with all these bogus charges, like not cleaning the apartment and also saying that the floors more

Summerfield Apartments

4581 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811

I lived at Summerfield for 3 years out of necessity. I would rather live in Harlem on 125th Street. It would be safer and cleaner since Orlando is rated the 3rd crime worse city to live in, in the US. Roaches, rats and lots and lots of bats. Wooden porches that are ready to fall down. Mold on walls even when you spray with bleach and paint, the mold comes back. Culturally diverse more

Please read please read! I put in my application and my deposit 6 weeks before moving in, I was coming from missouri and when I arrived 2014 21st at 3pm I was informed that my apartment wasn't ready and I would be forced to wait all after a 18 hour drive! So their idea was to put me in a model home with one bed for 2 nights, for three adults with no bed sheets, towels, toilet paper and no way more

I've been here a year and can't wait to leave, all the appliances are old and don't work well especially there's fridge, the toilet never flushes, had a huge ceiling leak in the bathroom and had to wait weeks for them to fix it,there's lots of roaches still after they sprayed, anytime maintenance is called they take weeks to come and sometimes don't come so you have to more

Apartments charged us $2600 total rent for a month and a half upon moving in. $750 pro rated for 15 days of rent + $400 deposit + $300 'pet deposit' + $1050 for the second months rent. Gave us gate + amenity keys that didn't work, ask for a $25 - $35 fee for replacement. Apartment has roofing issues , AC leaks, and spider, roach, ant, or wasp infestation depending on your units more

Called this complex today. Spoke with Edwin, who, after realizing I didn't fit the full criteria to move in without a cosigner, said he'd speak to the "property manager" or something to see what they could do. He put me on hold and proceeded to leave me hanging for TWENTY minutes.. yes I stayed on the that long to see if he was actually trying to help or pull a ---- move. Sure more

Reserve at Rosemont (formerly San Marco Club)

3997 Rosewood Way, Orlando, FL 32808

This is not a place I'd recommend, the apartments are all full of mold, they barely take care of anything, there is alot of insects (ants, roaches, and spiders) and they don't fix things when you ask them to. The hot water goes out every day, it's full of drug dealers that don't even live here. A lot of the stairs feel like they are going to break when stepped on. The air ducts more

Conway Club Apartments

1900 S Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812

I do NOT recommend this complex for the following reasons the property manager Evelyn Eagan picks and chooses who she likes she has "favorites":she totally loves the tenants who have their noses up her butt, she prefers to have drug dealing maintance men under her employ. And a warning dont even think about speaking up for whats legal and morally right. I equate this complex to a mini more
