Most traumatic rental experience
My Mail has been stolen including credit cards and financial aid. The apartments are trashy, and the neighbors even worse. The management are completely apathetic to their residents needs, and only care about ensuring more students will sign leases when they are too inexperienced to know what they are doing. The apartments are regularly broken into, the internet is down at least once a week, and the telephone may be down for days at a time. Ask anyone who goes to UCF (except of course UCF who now owns it)and they will tell you the horrors of this place. Living here has been the most traumatic experience of my life. Oh, and I hope you like maintenance men walking into your room when you are half dressed or sleeping. They advertise "No security deposit and free TV´s" but its a lie because you have to pay a $300 "activity fee" for movie night once a month, and in order to get a TV you have to ammend your lease. They also say all-inclusive but they dont tell you that in 6 months they will send you a bill for going over a ridiculously small utility cap. Security, hah? Our alarm didnt work and I called the cops at 3am to deal with some drunk people peeing on cars and throwing bottles. The cops told the people which apartment had made the call and an hour later there was a large fire outside our apartment door where they had lit our trash on fire. The scorch marks are still on the wall and the doorbell is still melted, its been 9 months! Ask anyone. Run as fast as you can from this place and warn others.Share This Review
