No Way! The staff is only the beginning.
My roommate and I decided to sign a lease with Marina Landing, upon filling out the paperwork two of the leasing officers began to argue in front of us as to who would get the credit for showing us the apartment. They then proceeded to go into the other room with the manager and argue for another 25 minutes! We would hear them yelling down the hall as we waited patiently for them to finish. We actually had to finally request for them to come back to help us because we could not wait any longer. We put down an administrative and application fee that we were notified we would lose after 3 days if we decided we no longer wanted the apt. My roommate and I later decided that is WASN'T the apt we wanted to move into due to safety reasons so I proceeded to contact the office. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I called 5-6 times daily leaving messages and emails and no one contacted me back. When I finally got a hold of the RUDE manager who raised her voice at me telling me that I should have contacted them within 3 days. I TRIED! I live 3.5 hrs away, not quite sure how to teleport myself to Orlando but I'm pretty sure that constant phone calls and emails was the only way I would have been able to reach them. The 3 individuals we came in contact with were extremely rude and unprofessional. If this is any indication of the experience there (which it is) then this is not a suitable home for anyone.Share This Review
