Mission Club, not bad
Parking was a problem when we first moved in, but since they integrated the sticker system (two cars per apartment, people without stickers are towed) things have been much better! When we first moved in there were problems with cockroaches (but this is FL, so who doesn't have the occasional bug?), but we complained to the office and they sent someone up to spray. Anytime we find anything wrong, we tell them and things get fixed quickly. The women in the front are typically rude, but we only have to see them a couple times a month so it is no big deal. They do their job and that is what they are here for. The maintenance guys are sweet and complete the work orders quickly and efficiently. It is typically a quiet neighborhood, and seems to be pretty safe (we've been here for 9 months with no problem). The hot tub is broken and has been for a few months, which is kind of disappointing, but the pool area is beautiful and well kept. The gym is kind of a joke, but they have added some new equipment in attempts to make it better. If it was ventilated and spaced out better, it would probably be better, but no one moves into an apartment complex for the gym! The location is the big seller here.. literally 15 minutes to pretty much anything. Absolutely awesome!Share This Review
