I have been at northbridge for almost a full year and to be honest its not horrible but some of the changes from the new company have made an impact in my family as we didn't get a notice or anything,,, the gate is not crazy packed and the way they are letting out guest in is wayyyy to time consuming and to be honest its horrible I have family members that will not visit me unless they are in my car because of the gate issue, my son can no longer play in the basket ball court because its closed and its being changed to a fitness gym... the whole reason we moved here was because of the safe in door basket ball court but now that is gone. another thing is that the water bill and electric bill come super high they are higher then in my old house that doesn't make sense to me. I have a 3 bedroom apartment and its 2 adults and 2 children and we are never home and out bills are higher then they should be, I told them and they said oh yea its just that the apartments are in need of severe fixing..... but they don't do anything to help .... I will not be renewing my lease and I will not recommend anyone to live here .... the rent is wayyy to high for the quality of apartment or let alone service.
