Not exactly pleased. We have had a horrible neighbor situation for the past two years. The trash survive is never on time. Parking is limited. There are always cars parked here who don't live here. The gates are ALWAYS broken

    We have very loud neighbors this has been brought up to the front desk many times as they are loud all hours of the day including night hours. They violate noise policy, they violate the trash can time frame policy (when we are aloud the have cAn outside our door) they leave it out all day every day. They have not gotten a fine for this even though a $50 fine is listed as a fine and a rule of the trash pick up. They park illegally, both outside of spots and in handicap spot when they are not registered handicap. No matter how many requests and complaints we made the front office still renewed this neighbors lease and has done nothing to fix this problem. On top of this our neighbor on the other side of us has had both his car stolen out of the parking lot here, and his BBQ grill stolen off his outside deck here. He has also told us of complaints he has made regarding his neighbor and their domestic violence issue. Cars are in the lot with out upto date registration, one in our lot doesn't even have plates, nothing is being done and they have been there for months now. The gates to the community are Always broken, there is always atlest one wide open for tons of cars to go in from, and stay open so long one person opening a gate let's ten cars in. In our apt we have never had a working dishwasher this has been reported so many times but nothing has been fixed they come in turn it on and leave, regardless if you turn it on doesn't mean it's fine. So, long story made short the front office isn't helpful and we are not happy with our the level of care vs how much we pay. I do not recommend.

      We're very disheartened to see that your time at our community has left you displeased. We understand that you've been experiencing problems with noise, and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want all of our residents to feel comfortable in their homes, so please give us a call if you continue to have issues. Should you experience this problem outside of office business hours, we have a courtesy officer with the Orange County Sheriff's office who is available after hours to handle the complaint. Regarding your neighbor's stolen items, we have not received any reports of this theft and encourage your neighbor to report this to our office and the proper authorities immediately. Finally, we understand that you have a maintenance concern with your dishwasher, and we apologize for any inconvenience. We have resolved this issue to the best of our knowledge, however, if you feel that your dishwasher is not working properly please submit a maintenance request at your convenience. If you would like to discuss this or any other issues, please see us in the office. Thank you.
