Several month ago there was massive work done on the exterior of the apartment. There has been lots of damage to the interior of my apartment (as was expected) however all service requests related to this damage are completely ignored. I knew it would take them time to address damages but it has been a couple months now without any communication about when repairs where to be expected! At least the office staff are friendly.
