Resident 2007 - 2008

Save your breath!!

Where should I start? uhmm.. when we first moved in, they told us that we had assigned parking and b/c there was 3 of us, we had to rent out a garage--how does that make sense since they can't even accommodate their tenants yet guests had free parking- so they took back what they said when we brought that up. The apartments are pretty spacious and is in a very convenient location. The employee turnover is just beyond high- every time we walked in there, there is always a new person working. There is definitely a roach problem (we lived on the first floor), we had our apartment bombed, sprayed by maintenance and kept it spotless and clean ourselves and they still didn't go away. After 6pm there is no parking, you will find it only on weekends or middle of the afternoon on weekdays. We each had to pay a $10 fee for the gatecard when we first moved in then it turns out that when our other friends moved in recently, they were given remote gate openers for free! When we were told it was $50. Leasing office hardly answers their phones, the answering machine always picks up- don't waste your time leaving messages for the leasing people or maintenance, it won't get returned. If you can, don't live on the first floor, you'll hear everything upstairs. They don't even offer any deals or incentives to renew your lease! Pros- closet space, spacious rooms and layouts, location. Ultimately, I would personally live here again if I HAD TO and had no other choice, but I am definitely looking for something better.
