I have lived in this complex for a few years and the best way to describe it is "slightly below average." At some point you will have an issue with your pipes or in the pipes of a surrounding unit, it is a rite of passage.
If you're lucky the pipe behind your upstairs neighbor's refrigerator will be loose and cause water to saturate your ceiling eventually creating a cave-in. Good news- they will offer you compensation for having to live in a unit while an industrial fan blows directly into your ceiling for two weeks; bad news- the compensation is a paltry 150. Come for the cheap rent stay for the respiratory problems.
If you're very lucky you may be the victim of a vehicle or residential burglary or just have your tires slashed by teens roaming through the neighborhood.
If you fancy yourself a lottery winner you may get to have a bullet go through your window in what police describe as a "drug deal gone bad." It's okay, they weren't aiming at you, free wall decorations!
Anyway despite some of the awful consequences of this complex it is located very conveniently nearby the 408 highway as well as a short distance from a local community college. It's just not somewhere you should live if you ever really want to feel safe. I can recommend the location for the convenience and rent prices though.
I'lol end by saying that if they reference the Police K-9 resident who lives here remember that they work for the TSA and not the local police. They have no jurisdictional powers and the presence of their vehicle means nothing.
