RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS ONE!!I donāt even know where to begin when expressing my utmost disappointment with St. Tropez. I just recently moved in this month, October 2006. When I took the tour of their Ć¢ā¬Ådisplay unitĆ¢ā¬Ā I thought the layout was different, and therefore called my attention. When I went to pick up the keys to my apartment, it looked like a practical joke!! Rust on all the closet medal doors. Cracked, and chipped walls. Mold on the baseboards in the kitchen. Paint chips on the carpet, along with being stained. Outlets cracked, cracked tiles, dirty air vents, etc.Ć¢ā¬Ā¦The worst thing was how dirty this place was!! (Unbelievably dirty to say the least). You would think with as much rent as they charge they could afford to have someone come in and do some housecleaning prior to the new tenants moving in. I went the next day to the leasing office to report my findings. I had the manager come in the next day and take a look at everything I had noted. She never said when I should expect all these items to be corrected. For a leasing manager, her professionalism left a lot to be desired.. ItĆ¢ā¬ā¢s been going on 3 weeks since IĆ¢ā¬ā¢ve lived here, and I have only had two items corrected. I will be contacting the owners of St. Tropez of Plantation to express my concerns. My advice to those who are looking to move into St. Tropez of Plantation is to reconsider, AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THIS PLACE!! Not worth the money you spent. There is nothing luxury about them and management wonĆ¢ā¬ā¢t spend the money to repair, fix, or clean those items that need to work on.
