Stone Cove Apartments

630 West Pope Road, Saint Augustine, FL 32084

I have lived at Stone Cove for a few years. I have nothing negative to say about the community. The maintenance & my neighbors have been wonderful to me, and that makes for a great experience overall. I take my daily walks or bike rides down to the beach. If you are looking for recommendations- Take it from me, it's worth it to live here! more

Writing this in a hurry cause I've been wanting to review this trash hole for a while..sorry for the quick grammar.. I lived at Ponce Harbor for over two years, until my family and I could do better. When we first discovered the apartment complex, it was during the morning hours with school in session. Everything seemed really nice and convenient on the surface. There is a big pond, more

Woodcrest Apartments

100 Woodcrest Drive, Saint Augustine, FL 32095

I lived at woodcrest till march of 2012,and could'nt wait till my lease was up. At first sight it looks like a nice place, gated community is a joke: ( just wait at the guest call-in till a resident enters, but most just go in the exit when someone leaves). During the weekends the rental office is closed and the parking lot is full of non residents using pool. Pay an extra 20 more

Coquina Lakes Apartments

Back in the day, Coquina Lakes was the place to buy a condo: super-cheap and close to the beach. Now, you can tell who is an owner, and who is renter. The owners are nice families who have done a lot to refurbish their seriously out-dated units. The renters are loud, with shifty people coming in and out of their units, and deal to the low-lives of St. Aug Beach. I was almost more

I have lived here since 2009. Dont know what it was like before I moved in but its a great place to live now. Its a quiet community with good responsive management, well maintained grounds and good neighbors who watch out for each other. If you want a friendly, safe and quiet place this is the place you want. more

Comparatively inexpensive for apartments near the beach. Apartment manager is very handy and will fix most problems within a couple hours, though there have not been many. If he can't fix it a contractor will be out usually the next day. He's very accomodating. There is pest control inside and out. Newer appliances. Plenty of parking. Quite neighbors. Apt well insulated. more

Anastasia Shores Apartments

this place should be raided by the police who on earth owns this place? It used to be so well run and classy, new owners have let it go down the drain to say the least. Not good to have people like this living on the island I am afraid. more
