I previously posted as "Waiting2Like". At this time, I want to update my opinion of how our problems have been handled. Cheryl, the Property Manager, is FANTASTIC. The mold odor was resolved with new A/C, once she learned of our problem following my previous post. Also, the noise over our bedroom was eventually handled after working out a time with upstairs tenant. There was a problem with a beam that required repair. Nancy, the Assistant Manager, is very nice and helpful We have learned that unresolved problems get handled when Cheryl or Nancy are the staff personally informed. There is work to maintain the property; however, that is to our best interest. Also, the current owners have had to do work updating newer handicap restrictions that were enacted after complex construction. Workers polite, trying not to be too intrusive considering the work required. We are, now, awaiting someone to clean up after the repairs. There have been several other minor work orders that were handled with little delay. If a tenant has an unresolved problem here, Cheryl the best Property Manager a complex could have is in the Saratoga Place office.
