If you have the option, DO NOT LIVE here. I have lived here a couple years now, and can't wait for my lease to end and move somewhere else. The amenities under the new management have become trash. Odds are if you are a prospective resident you will be touring the property during business hours. What you need to do is come by the property in the evenings or night when the office is closed, and you will see how bad it is. The basketball court is flooded with huge groups of people who don't live here, and it's beyond obnoxious. They have to pass through the fitness center for drinks, and they are so loud, disgusting, and disrespectful. It really isn't even safe. The pool, which is nice, has also become extremely gross under new management. Again, a ton of non-residents who come and make themselves at home. They used to have guys monitor the basketball court every night and keep people out. New management got rid of them. They used to have a guy monitor the pool on the weekends and kick people out who didn't belong there. New management got rid of him. See a trend here? Some of the previous posts are spot on. The new management is TERRIBLE!!! If this were the Victoria Grand of the past year, I'd renew, under new management, not a chance. If you are a prospective resident, I SERIOUSLY urge you to tour the property between 5:30-9pm to check out the amenities you think you will use. If you don't get shot, stabbed, or mugged you have succeeded.
