The new management, cortland partners, is absolutely horrible!!!! We use to love living here, however once our lease is up we will be moving. The customer service from the staff is terrible, they don't even know what they are doing. The staff do not communicate with the residents. For example, the new management company changes the gate code without notifying residents leaving us not being able to get home and having to park and walk with our groceries! The links they give you to sign up to pay rent online don't work, twice, then they hit you up for a one day late rent fee over a weekend when they are not even open on Sunday! We go talk to the front desk guy regarding the issues, then don't hear back until we contact them again. The amenities don't work, for example the gas grill by he pool didn't work for about 4 months, we had company visit from out of town and could not even use the amenities we pay for. The trash guys are LOUD and were speaking profanity early in the morning picking up the trash, my company could hear them at 6:30am from the guest room. Our microwave broke for the 3rd time, and they were going to make us wait a week before replacing (in our experience would prob end up being a month with this management company)-the lady at the front was lecturing us on how we can and shouldn't cook with a microwave. Our mail was messed up for a couple month after we moved in, and the lady at the front told us "what do you want me to do about it? I don't have Obamas direct number to fix the federal mail issues". There are many more, but I don't want to put more energy into this terrible community. Renters be aware - this is a smoke free community, but by far not a stress free one. Luckily for us, there are plenty of other gorgeous apartments going up in the area!
