The main draw for most people that are buying condos here is location. You can't beat being right off the Crosstown, a couple of miles from both I-75 and I-4, and being situated right between Brandon and Tampa, but not really having to live in either one. I work in Sabal Park, and my commute takes all of 10 minutes up 301, and when I want to go into downtown Tampa on nights/weekends, it's also only about 10 minutes. That kind of central location will always bring you top dollar on your investment here...
