I enjoyed living here while I was considered a valueable tenant. The former management was nice and helpful, and made an effort to get to know the residents. The immenities were great and the staff even threw community parties so everyone could get together and get to know one another. Since Crosswynde Apartments has converted to "condiminiums" all of that has changed dramatically. The new management is rude, that is unless you are buying a condo from them. My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half, and while we loved it at first, we now feel we would have been better off never living here at all. Simple things that a resident takes for granted, such as the grass being cut and the staff being friendly, are no longer offered here. I wouldn't take one of these overpriced "condos" if it was given to me for free.
