Great views but loud, with street traffic and club next door. Elevators are insufficient for the building size resulting in long wait times. No package locker, have to stand in line at the concierge desk.

Love the views and location. Hate that there isn't any parking for guests and 3 levels of parking sit 90% empty bc of TECO. Pool area needs to be updated. Maintenance is always amazing for service requests. Front desk concierge is always awesome.

They've raised rent over $600/mo since I've lived here. The building flooded. They've made unannounced entries into my apartment without notice required by lease, and only found out due to personal security cameras. The people are the front desk are nice though.

The only thing good about Element is the central location and the view. The rest of the apartment/building is very average if not below average. Customer service is severely minimal. Maintenance is incompetent and does not solve issues at all or makes them worse.

Our only issues are the elevators always breaking down, Non residents or residents that don't have bar codes, parking in our parking garage. Last the trash chute always makes the building stink especially on higher floors. Otherwise we love everything else.

Apartment building it self is terrible. The elevators never work, there is no way of getting into your floor from the stairs - massive violation. Elevators,pool, gym, access to common areas - terrible

Terrible Staff

It has been really awesome living here so far! My only wish is that the gym had some heavier weights and a sauna instead of the extra bathrooms near the pool. Additionally, it would be great if the courtyard had more of a jungle/tropical vibe!

Love the location an views , do not like the concierge. The staff is unfriendly an is a revolving door. The parking garage is a joke , having to drive up 5 floors to park an then possibly not having a spot .
