I lived at Alto Lago/Vista Lago for 8 years - 5 years in one apartment and then 3 years in another. I had a run in with the manager she does not know how to talk to people and she had her staffs lying for her. I requested to be present for move out inspection and they told me no. I moved on a Saturday and thet told me maintenance does not do inspection on Saturday/Sunday. Now I gor a bill for over $800.00 for damage carpet and not cleaning the apartment. I have collection agency calling me at my job and harrassing me. Anyhow I wrote a letter to the collection letting them know that I know my right and also I will be contacting the BB and also leagal action.

This is an apology Vista Lago??? You are laughing at your past tenants faces when they try to resolve an issue. Creating false statements and defaming their character. Shame on you.

I have live here for only 6 months but this has been the best move ever , I have no problems , quiet and the apartment are big and beautiful. Love the office staff Luz and Stephanie are the best very nice and willing to help you the best they can , not my other apartment complex they were rude , never fix anything. You get what u paid for so paying a little more having a piece of mind for my family , parking no problem ,call for maintenance and they are right they at your ever needs. This have been my best experience moving here , I'am glad I can call vista lago my home. I will recommend this place to everyone.
I too was was given an 400 bill. I have collections calling me 3xs a day 7 days a week. This place is sickening. Luz will be replying tomorrow morning apologizing for your experience, And how they strive to accommodate their residents. Blah blah blah. They will have all the answers for you now. Best of luck! I too will be contacting the BBB in the morning.
