Biltmore at Midtown Apartments

855 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30308

07/26/15 by anonymous:
Overall I think the biltmore is a great option for Georgia tech students it's a quick walk to campus and very conveniently located to restaurants, publix and so much more. However the crime is a real issue, fixing the gates residents enter the apartment complex would probably help. Just by changing them to allow one person in at a time instead of swinging open completely could help (like a more

880 Glenwood Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30316

The property manager ----- is the most unprofessional, crude robot I have ever dealt with. She is disgusting. The whole property feels this way. I will NOT be renewing my lease! RUN if you are thinking about renting at Enso. Don't say I didn't warn you!! more

Post Crest

50 Adams Lake Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30339

I do NOT recommend living at Post Crest. I moved down here a year ago from Boston and had one day to find an apartment. After looking at several places and on the verge of a break down I came upon Post Crest conveniently located around the corner from my new office. So I took a look at their sample one bedroom furnished apartment, and of course, it looked nice so I said okay this will be fine. I more

I've lived here since Jan 2015 and it has been a good experience. I was skeptical at first due to the higher amount of negative reviews vs the positive. The price is great for a well kept older community. I did live in the 610 square foot 1 bedroom and it was given to me clean and ready for move in (unlike past experiences). This complex is quiet (even on the weekends). To me it is fairly more

Alexander at The District

1750 Commerce Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318

06/10/15 by SeanMeh:
I lived in this complex from July 2012 to June 2015. My review will largely focus on how the apartment complex is ~today~, not how it was in 2012, or 2013, or 2014. I've read several of the reviews here, and I have to say that my experiences don't match the experiences others have had. I moved out because I purchased a house; otherwise, I likely would've continued to stay there more

Post Riverside

4403 Northside Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30327

Danger: Dog Bite! Post Riverside is where dog owneres would feel free to unleash their dogs and let them wander around without getting caught. Some of these dog owners do not even live here. They all come after 6:00PM of course when the leasing office is closed. There are emergency numbers to call, but good luck with those! In a nutshell, This is a haven for unleashed dogs! If you think dog bite more

Gables Mill

100 Akers Ridge Drive Southeast, Atlanta, GA 30339

10/01/15 by Verified Resident:
I feel that even though Gables Mill are updating the interior, there is plenty of work to be done with the exterior especially for the amount of money that is being charged. With the $80 increase EVERY year, the apartments need to be updated as well. The buildings need to be painted because the brown if fading and the landscape in the back of my building needs improving. more

The Adair (formerly Laurels at Overlook Park)

415 Morgan Falls Road, Atlanta, GA 30350

07/09/15 by anonymous:
Horrible. Communication: near 0. They began the swimming pool modification first week of May and will finish it mid-July (knowing the swimming pool is opened from mid-May to October only, they have time after to do it) and at the same time they closed the fitness center. No communication about when it will be finished and when you come to ask, they give you wrong info. Noise: Walls really thin, more

The Savoy (formerly York On Savoy)

4306 North Shallowford Road, Atlanta, GA 30341

05/21/15 by anonymous:
The Savoy could be a nice place to live, but management allow the tenant to move others in that's not on the lease. I'm near a guy that had a felon staying with him and he was trying to sell illegal drugs. For the amount of money we pay this should not be happening. I contacted the front office so many times. Now the tenant that actually lives in the apartment, have different prostitute more

Azalea Ridge Apartments

3214 Valley Bluff Drive, Atlanta, GA 30340

06/21/15 by captain schmooze:
Their swanky 70's/ California style apartments are really nice. I love how all of the apartments are not connected. There are separate buildings which have about 4-5 apartment units in them. They all have a washer and a dryer right in them that everyone can use, and its just about 5 foot steps from your front door. The AC and heaters work wonderfully. There's no serious bug problems. more
