Camden Creekstone (Formerly Estates of Dunwoody)

A $30 trash valet fee is forced upon you, on top of your rent. So if your rent is $1050, it's actually $1080 and it's non-negotiable. They allow old, abandoned-looking cars to sit in the best parking spots for months at a time collecting dust, pollen, and spider-webs. They recently stopped accepting resident packages at the front office, claiming they don't have the time or more

This apartment would be ok if the maintenance staff would not wait 2 weeks to come out and fix immediate repairs. For example, my refrigerator was broken and it took almost two weeks for someone to come fix, all of my food was spolied. The only time something gets done is if you threatened to leave, but on top of that we still havent got an replacement. Also, it would be even better if the staff in more

I am a Customer Service Manager from a Insurance company, My company relocated me to GA. I was referred to this place by my coworkers, I have had good experience with a sales member Patricia Aguilar, she has always assisted me with any matter I brought to her attention. I do appreciate her "Remarkable" behavior, it says a lot about the company more

This apartment complex is not a good move. When I moved in the place had roaches. Also, I had maintenance issues that no one responded to the request. I had to get a family member help with the issues. Why? My question exactly. When I moved, it was the best relief. The experience there was HORRIBLE!!!!! I would not recommend this complex to anybody. Even after my move, the management experience more

I think after viewing this place there's one thing I can say for certain. There needs to be a pair of barrier gates at the front gate that close immediately and stop people from tailgating their way through the large swinging gates. Why even let safety be a question? Spend the money and install the extra barrier gates. You'll get more long term renters the more you do. more

I like it here. I moved in recently and I don't get all the bad things people have said about it. The lady at the front desk was great, I signed my lease and within the week I was living in my place it was really fast. also my place is beautiful. this is my third apartment and it's the best one ive been to. also it's the cheapest place to live if you still want a really nice more

Two break-ins for my unit. One break-in for my car. I saw other car's break-ins many times in this community. This community is totally insecure. Poor Maintenance. It took two weeks for the lightbulb in the kitchen to be replaced. Leaking ceiling was never fixed. Staffs look kind apparently. But leasing office staffs suck. They don't care residents' safety and well-being. They only more

I have lived here for nearly a year now, and everything before October was peachy keen. We were ecstatic to move in here because our rent was only $799/mo with water included, for a 1100 square foot town home. It was a much better deal than all neighboring complexes. We lived in peace and quiet (except for the two shootings/deaths that occurred right when we moved in), dealing with a mediocre more

Have lived here for about a year and it has been fine. Probably the cheapest rent you can get in the area, so it of course comes with some quirks. Overall though I haven't had any issues with bugs, I've always felt safe at all times of day, and the location is pretty much unbeatable even compared to nicer complexes. Maintenance issues have always been addressed within the first 48 more
