I lived here for almost two years and it was the best place ever. Unfortunately I had to break my lease and move immediately because my dad died. Boy I didn't handle that properly. Really wishI could get back in now that things are becoming more steady in my life. more

This apartment complex is not a good move. When I moved in the place had roaches. Also, I had maintenance issues that no one responded to the request. I had to get a family member help with the issues. Why? My question exactly. When I moved, it was the best relief. The experience there was HORRIBLE!!!!! I would not recommend this complex to anybody. Even after my move, the management experience more

This apartment would be ok if the maintenance staff would not wait 2 weeks to come out and fix immediate repairs. For example, my refrigerator was broken and it took almost two weeks for someone to come fix, all of my food was spolied. The only time something gets done is if you threatened to leave, but on top of that we still havent got an replacement. Also, it would be even better if the staff in more

Virginia Highland Apartments (formerly Trolley Square)

I lived here for about six years starting in early 2000. For starters, this complex straddles the border of Midtown and Virginia Highlands, so it's current name is somewhat misleading. It was probably a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and bars in the Highlands, but a lot closer to similar places in Midtown and Piedmont Park. Because crime tended to be more of a problem in Midtown, more

Two break-ins for my unit. One break-in for my car. I saw other car's break-ins many times in this community. This community is totally insecure. Poor Maintenance. It took two weeks for the lightbulb in the kitchen to be replaced. Leaking ceiling was never fixed. Staffs look kind apparently. But leasing office staffs suck. They don't care residents' safety and well-being. They only more

While doing construction, some of the workers left tools outside over night, and for a few days they remained there. I called the office to let them know, as no one had come back for them, and the lady who answered the phone yelled at me and told me "Can't you see their still working through out the complex? They'll be back for them when they want." I reminded her that I had more

I think after viewing this place there's one thing I can say for certain. There needs to be a pair of barrier gates at the front gate that close immediately and stop people from tailgating their way through the large swinging gates. Why even let safety be a question? Spend the money and install the extra barrier gates. You'll get more long term renters the more you do. more

I have lived here for nearly a year now, and everything before October was peachy keen. We were ecstatic to move in here because our rent was only $799/mo with water included, for a 1100 square foot town home. It was a much better deal than all neighboring complexes. We lived in peace and quiet (except for the two shootings/deaths that occurred right when we moved in), dealing with a mediocre more
