I moved here in a rush and didn't do my homework. The Sq footage is nice it's safe but the price is extreme. If you get behind one month you wouldn't be able to catch up because it's that high. God forbid you or ya loved one had a financial emergency you would be facing eviction in two weeks . My suggestion is find a house or deal with the commute. The staff is ever more

Please do not live here. Drugs, prostitutes, crackheads, etc. I'm not joking either. It's literally turning into a brothel. Management doesn't care, nor does the courtesy officer. more

So I decided to give it a few months and nothing has changed. Columbia Crest is horrible place to stay. After management would not help me, I went to corporate to speak to Tracy Adams about my complaints and she even had a attitude with me. The machines in the workout area STILL do not work and they refuse to fix them. So if living a healthy lifestyle and working out is important to you then I more

I moved here in Summer 2013 when it was still Broadstone Dunwoody. I renewed my lease once (along with a significant rent increase) but I'll be looking for a different place before my current lease is up. Ever since Pinnacle bought the property, service has declined terribly. Pros: 1. The community is pretty quiet and clean. I've had no problems with neighbors, and for the most part the more

The place is run by greedy, rude, lazy, incompetent, awful people. Good luck getting maintanence to do any job competently. I asked them to fix a faulty lightswitch, they broke the switch completely. I asked them to fix a leaky faucet, the faucet now leaks more than ever. I am SO HAPPY to be leaving. Some neighbors are awesome people. Some are rude, creepy, ignorant, or a fantastic mixture more

This place is a dumping ground. The dumpsters are always over flowing and cats hang out for their meals. The apartment has constant leaks in the plumbing and electrical problems. Maintenance men do what they can but often patch things instead of fixing them. Outside contractors should be called to do complete repairs. The appliances are old, worn & failing. They started painting a few years ago more

BEWARE ROACH PROBLEM! We had one or two when we first moved in but now, whenever we turn on the kitchen lights, we are extra cautious and expect to see them crawling around our counter, floors, sink and swarming around our garbage. It's absolutely disgusting!! Don't forget our food pantry! We complained to the complex but haven't seen any action as of yet. more

These apartments are decent enough to live. They are spacious with walk in closets and good storage. Washer, dryer in every unit. Convenient location for students. Only problem is with the staff. They lie all the time. The assistant manager Lindsay is the rudest lady I have ever seen. She is not at all helpful. She is always finding fault with the residents. They withhold major chunk of more

I've lived here since the end of January and it's been wonderful. Yes the complex is old but what do you expect when you are only paying around $725 to live right in town. My unit was clean and maintenance has always taking care of any of my issues. They have had some plumbing issues (when it was cold some pipes burst) and since they are renovating the units sometimes the water is more
