I live here in a two person room with my friend from high school. We like the apartments because it is so close to Georgia Tech, we can get to our classes easily and take the trolley at the publix onto campus. For a two person apartment for college students, it's a pretty spacious apartment. The kitchen is decent and we each get our own room with a full size bed. The bedrooms aren't more

I have to agree with everyone else DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This is my third year here and the last 2 years have been really good. This new management company EOS Management has brought in some of THE WORST people I have ever had to deal with. They have no idea how to deal with their tenants, you walk into the leasing office and stand around for a good minute (which feels long when you're more

When I first moved here to this complex in 2005, I LOVED it - and did so until I moved in 2009. In that time, I experienced 3 property management companies. The fist 2 were wonderful. The last one Steven Bell - let's just say this, unless I am desparate for a place to live, or I have a complete "Wow", opinion transforming experience, I will NEVER choose to rent from another Steven more

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT HERE! And trust me you will regret every bit of it. They all do not no the meaning of SERVICE. The leasing agents, On-Site management (OSM), District Management (DM), and even Senior Regional Management (SRM). This was my second time living at Alta, and from the beginning the experience has been awful. I thought things would get better given I had to reach out to more

I have lived in 15 different houses/apartments and this is by far the worst one. In the 6 months I have lived here, my AC has gone out twice, which caused severe irreversible damage and ultimately the death of one of my animals. It took them over 2 weeks the second time around. My apartment hitting over 100 degrees. My heat went out 3 times. It took them a full month to fix the first time. My more

It's not the apartments that is the problem it is the people they keep approving to move in! Every other week there is a noise disturbance and not a courtesy officer on site to address it and don't bother calling APD they don't show up to zone 6. The walls are paper thin and there is constantly children playing in the parking lot and running up and down stairs. Somehow the valet more

Owned by Lincoln Properties and now known as Mount Vernon Flats at Perimeter, management will nickel and dime residents every chance they get. The location is great, but during lease renewal, rent can increase anywhere from $100-200 based on market rate. Most of the units have been remodeled with upgraded appliances to justify charging astronomical amounts of money. Management has a contract with more

I resided at this property for three years. There are 2 sections the loft side ( B building ) and the apartment side ( A building ). The problems reside in the fact that a lot of rift raft from the A building makes it way to the B side. The lofts while different and very ecleptic all have there very own style ,brick , high sealing , huge windows, But the building it self needs many maintenance more
