Horrible management sucks!!! The train is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Century Lofts is not worth your stress! No one stays for very long understandably. a cardboard box looks like a better place. At least you know what you are getting into. more

The Collier Green community cares about one another. The management staff is responsive and the pool and grounds are outstanding! This gated community is located very close to the Buckhead entertainment area as well as Georgia Tech and Georgia State University. From studio units to townhomes with garages, this community is one to check out! more

I am not as happy as the anonymous entry on 6/2/04. There is lots of NOISE from the hundreds of homeless and rejects who walk up and down Renaissance Pkwy NE and Piedmont Road.
I am also always asked for $$$ when walking to Publix or Walgreen's.
The rent here is way too high and there is NO MANAGEMENT on duty.
I miss Ms. Lorraine Wolfe. more

Ive posted on here a week ago, but for some strange reason only my pictures of mold showed up. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I have lived here for a year and it has been 11 months too long. The 1920's charm soon turned in to mold, and bugs, and paper thin walls with neighbors constantly partying, smoking weed, and having sex. The "oh not so bad walk inside" turned into a more

I have live in Mariposa Lofts for now over 3 years. I absolutely love it here and it is in the MaryLin/Inman/Grady school district! The location of our unit is perfect for us. Just the right amount of sun for both balconies, no sound from any neighbors, looking over the pool, beltline & Atlanta skyline. Love the top floor! Carla and the front desk staff go above and beyond for me and my more

This place was okay. I personally did not have any maintenance problems and I got along well with the staff. The apartments are HUGE and very up to date. Looking back on my stay there, I had three major problems. One, the noise from 285 was obnoxious. The easy solution of course is to not live on that side. Two, the apartments have a covered entryway and all kinds of bugs and more

We lived here for a few years from old owner to current owner, moved and visit often. Walk around to each building to see upkeep before moving in. A savvy person can tell what is resident laxity and what is not from the unswept stairwells and breezeways weeks after trees shed. Front grill sights of messy landings of clothes on hangers and junk boxes and gym stuff and so forth. It took ages more

Ugh!!! This place sucks. Trash everywhere and grounds unkept. Old abandoned TVs and sofas are left at the dumpster for weeks. Neighbors use porches to dry clothes and mops. I feel like I live in the ghetto. The water pressure sucks and you freeze to death while taking a shower in a trickle of water. I constantly hear my neighbors stomping around and kids screaming outside my window. It is not a more

The worst office staff (including corporate) that I have dealt with.
We were evicted with everyone else because the place was sold.
Cool thing is that we didn't have to pay the last couple of months of utilities because the new owner didn't want any friction and just took care of it!! more

Board a mess, guest parking full with resadents cars, grass killed every year by cutting to low leaving a nasty looking landscape, over paid contractors do substanderd work with no follow up. Parking deck is crumblling and damaging cars. Entrance doors locks stay broken in lobbys for years (a real security concern). Dogpark is a giant poop collection ect. I could go on and on. Unless more
