Been here for quite some time... slowly going further down hill. New management is a total nightmare. The former property management was at least customer centric. The office has unrealistic office hours for residents... new flash most people work from 9-5, how can we get packages and items? Staff sends our community nasty grams about not properly placing trash in the compactor or not picking more

The fees that management charges are outrageous. NOwhere else in Atlanta apartments will you pay 200$ a month for water.(and thats JUST the water fees) That's what the Bennington charges. They say its because of the city be we all know that's total BS. The elevators are just horrendous and you WILL lose a lot of time waiting for them. The exercise equipment is constantly broken and service more

Staff is unprofessional. My advise, get everything you agree upon in writing or they will deny the conversation ever happened. Although the unit appears as if you would not hear your neighbors, I often hear arguments and loud music on a regular basis. The elevator's interior appearance is embarrassing. For $950 per month I would expect no graffiti and lights missing. more

Don't be fooled by the new renovations. SMOKE AND MIRRORS! Yes, the new renovations look great, but as usual, the cheapest possible. No fire sprinklers in new reno, sewage backups, unfriendly leasing staff after you move in. Repairs have always been band-aid fixes. Sound travels right through walls, floors and ceilings. SECURITY - HA, you are on your own ... There is a security person, more

I have lived here for four months. I mistakenly felt very secure in this building until last week I came home to my door kicked in and apartment burglarized. Two apartments had their doors kicked in during broad daylight with staff on site. Since then, I have seen zero changes in security by management. The only explanation I received to my inquiry about how management plans to address the minimal more

I have to agree with everything the former reviewer wrote. I moved into this apartment complex a year ago into a shared 2 bedroom apartment. This is by far the nicest place I have ever lived, the pricing is ridiculously affordable for what is offered. The apartments have high vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, cool lighting fixtures... My guests are always wowed by the gym, more

I am a condo owner and used to live for a year. I saw some negative reviews here but I didn't find any specific problems yet. (1)Sometimes, I heard some noisies from upstairs but those were very rare and the general neighborhood is quite and nice. (2) The parking is designated for condo owners and enough area of non-designated parking is available for renters. (3) The office staffs are more

I am a transplant to Atlanta, I moved to Park at Briarcliff, which is now Ashford Druid Hills, back in June 2013. When I first went apartment hunting, the ones that they showed me were very nice, but of course they were models. When I came back to sign my lease and get a 1BR, they tried to put me in one that I would consider the basement. It looked very dangerous. more
