Villages of Cascades

3041 Landrum Drive Southwest, Atlanta, GA 30311

I actually live in these apartments currently and the name has changed to Hidden Village. I've read the reviews on the site as well. I moved on Halloween of 2013 and honestly i love it. The floorplan for my apartment is wonderful. I have 2 small children so it's more than enough space for us. On another note, I do have loud neighbors, but they pay their rent just like I do. But I have more

Walton Westside

790 Huff Road, Atlanta, GA 30318

We have lived in Walton Westside for a few months now. Overall, I would say this is an excellent property for the area. The management is great and the property is very clean. The train can be VERY LOUD at first but you get used to it. The only negative would be the parking. We were given "parking permits" to stick on the back window of our cars to park in the resident area but when I more

William Oliver Building

32 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303

I just moved into the William Oliver about a month ago, and so far I am quite pleased with the condominum. The halls are quiet, front desk always greet you and are in good moods, and there are no noisy residents. Very chill, laid back atmosphere, Roomtop terrace is amazing, with a great view, kitchen, jacuzzi, and tables. The art deco theme to the building is more

Studioplex on Auburn

659 Auburn Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30312

I liked the space and moved in with no problems. Three months later, I receive notice that the building is going to condo. You would have thought that the Property Manager would have given me the heads up. After a year of renovation/construction noise and disruptions, it is time to move. It hasn't been the best situation but at least I can leave whenever I like. Man, I hate moving more

Columbia at Sylvan Hills

1150 Astor Ave, Atlanta, GA 30310

I have read numerous negative reviews about apartment complexes as I was searching myself, and people will go out of their way to criticize a place, something or someone but have nothing to say when things are good. Therefore, this is a POSITIVE review. Although I have only been here a few weeks, I must say I am very impressed with this property. As others stated, the community more

131 Ponce

131 Ponce de Leon Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30308

01/12/15 by ltaylor5:
While I do love living at 131 Ponce, there are a few things to consider before moving here. Firstly, the rent price they originally quote you is not accurate - expect to pay about $250-300 more A MONTH than what your "rent" price is. Comcast internet & cable are $75/month, which is what you would normally pay anyways. Where they deceive you is the $25/month valet trash service that is more

755 North

755 North Ave, Atlanta, GA 30306

Great new place, but is still in construction and therefore has some minor nuisances, including noise, littered building materials, and incomplete amenities. Other than that it has the potential to be an amazing complex in a great location. more

I have a lifelong lease here it s truly home to me and where I want to stay. The location is great it s right on the bus line and convenient to stores and my work. The resident manager works with me on more

Inman Court

Our lease is up soon so I figured I'd throw a review on here. Typically I don't read reviews for apartments because they tend to be misleading, but I'll be as fair as I can. The bad: This is pretty much only a good choice if you're a college student or a young adult around the same age. I haven't had a huge problem with the noise but that's because I'm a college more
