Inman Court

794-798 Dixie Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30307

04/22/13 by anonymous: Our lease is up soon so I figured I'd throw a review on here. Typically I don't read reviews for apartments because they tend to be misleading, but I'll be as fair as I can. The bad: This is pretty much only a good choice if you're a college student or a young adult around the same age. I haven't had a huge problem with the noise but that's because I'm a college more

Ashley Auburn Pointe

357 Auburn Pointe Drive, Atlanta, GA 30319

08/21/14 by anonymous: I came in to look for an apartment and the staff was very warm, approachable and helpful. I was given a tour of the community and told when they would have availability in the floor plan I was looking for. The community was very secure "gates closed" and very clean. The two bedroom apartment was really spacious and I'm hoping I can make this my new home very soon. : ) more

Parkwood Place (formerly Post Parkwood)

1250 Parkwood Circle, Atlanta, GA 30339

06/24/04 by anonymous: I moved into Parkwood Place in Sept. 2003.
At first the management and maintenance(one man) were having difficulties. Now things are definetly improving. We now have three maintenance persons who respond very quickly. The office staff makes the extra effort to please the tennants. Little things for me like providing free remotes for the access gate when my passcard stopped working. more

Peachtree Walk Apartments

1074 Peachtree Walk Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30309

03/22/10 by I spent months looking for a place to live and nearly everything in Midtown was obnoxiously small for the price. With the recent downturn these buildings have done surprisingly well compared to other buildings around the area. As far as location it can't be beat. Located on 11th between West P and Peachtree takes it off the main streets while keeping it in walking distance to almost everything more

Andrew's Court

963 Ponce De Leon Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30306

11/21/12 by anonymous: When I first moved from home I lived here. I was there for 2 years and moving out since they keep raising rent and I'm tired of it. PROS: -Decent apartment, but a little small for the price -Walking distance to so many things! -Safe, never had any problems or break-ins -People in the office are really nice -Great neighbors, never any problems with them. Everyone is really more

Anderson at Clairmont

2500 Northeast Expressway, Atlanta, GA 30345

09/27/14 by anonymous: The apartment itself is nice and big but, the noise level lately with the new tenants is ridiculous! People have no respect around here and management hasn't done anything about it. Maintance is also horrible, nothing gets fixed! more

Highland Club

734 Frederica Street N.E., Atlanta, GA 30306

12/06/12 by meimeiatl: I live in Highland Club, and have for a couple of years. The experience started out great - the apartment was in a nice location, there was a tennis court and a pool, and the management seemed friendly. This all changed the second year in the apartment. First, the tennis court was destroyed with no warning to put in another parking lot. Second, a few months later (and prior to more
