Studioplex on Auburn

659 Auburn Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30312

I liked the space and moved in with no problems. Three months later, I receive notice that the building is going to condo. You would have thought that the Property Manager would have given me the heads up. After a year of renovation/construction noise and disruptions, it is time to move. It hasn't been the best situation but at least I can leave whenever I like. Man, I hate moving more

Good Day, let me start by saying I reading the comments all I can do is smh. The one negative comment out of 5 seems personal. I've been trying to get lease a two bedroom since last week. What I exoerience from the leasing office is very professionalism, and sincere. I'm praying that me and my daughter will be part of the community next month. Seems like a lovely area. The lovely lady in more

I would recommend anyone to live at this complex. After living here (3) years, I only received one break-in notice, can't beat that...especially without a security gate. I would also come back to live here again. more

131 Ponce

131 Ponce de Leon Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30308

While I do love living at 131 Ponce, there are a few things to consider before moving here. Firstly, the rent price they originally quote you is not accurate - expect to pay about $250-300 more A MONTH than what your "rent" price is. Comcast internet & cable are $75/month, which is what you would normally pay anyways. Where they deceive you is the $25/month valet trash service that is more

Our lease is up soon so I figured I'd throw a review on here. Typically I don't read reviews for apartments because they tend to be misleading, but I'll be as fair as I can. The bad: This is pretty much only a good choice if you're a college student or a young adult around the same age. I haven't had a huge problem with the noise but that's because I'm a college more

The Heights at Brookleigh

3450 Blair Circle Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30319

The apartment grounds are clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and personable; you won't find a better, more attentive staff. Apartments don't come with lights in living room (nor ceiling fan) you have to provide your own which made moving in after work when it was dark challenging. Fan in bedroom, but again no lights, had to provide my own light kit for ceiling fan. Valet more

When I first moved from home I lived here. I was there for 2 years and moving out since they keep raising rent and I'm tired of it. PROS: -Decent apartment, but a little small for the price -Walking distance to so many things! -Safe, never had any problems or break-ins -People in the office are really nice -Great neighbors, never any problems with them. Everyone is really more

Highland Club

734 Frederica Street N.E., Atlanta, GA 30306

12/06/12 by meimeiatl:
I live in Highland Club, and have for a couple of years. The experience started out great - the apartment was in a nice location, there was a tennis court and a pool, and the management seemed friendly. This all changed the second year in the apartment. First, the tennis court was destroyed with no warning to put in another parking lot. Second, a few months later (and prior to more
