For a complex that totals 7 buildings, you'd think things would be fairly calm and possibly even pleasant. Not so. Gun shots were heard on no less than 7 occasions during the one year period in which I lived here. There was a courtesey officer on the property - who worked nights as a DeKalb County P.O. - therefore he was not around to experience the gun wielding/tire screeching fiesta that more

when i lived in the greystone apartments (now becoming the arbors) i had a lot of fun. i wasn't exactly the picky type and i liked all the people. it is true that the population is about 90% --------, but i like -------- people and they have never done anything to me. the area is sometimes unsafe but i have only heard of one gun shot ever since i lived there. it is pretty noisy but i love more

Now is a great time to purchase since all the over-extended, bling-bling seeking homeowners have defaulted on their house note causing their property to go into foreclosure. Property values are far below what they were three years ago because of these foreclosures which have generated comparables for all other units. That notwithstanding, the property presents an excellent place to live more

While I've only been apart of the community for a short time I've really enjoyed it so far. Gina in the office handled my move in and has provided exceptional customer service from day one. Any minor maintenance request I've made have been handled within 24 hours of request. I more than likely will renew my lease as long as things continue to be as good as they are. I've more

If you wasnt so nasty you wouldnt have that problem. and if you really wanted something to be repaired you would make sure its done. They have more

I lived here from 8/01-8/02 just as it was transitioning from apt. to condo...you can do better than this place...i can´t believe what they were charging for the condo that used to be my apartment. Very old buildings...from early 1970s...no matter how good the model condo looks...this place ain´t for you...no amenities at all...the only amenity, the pool, is under a bunch of trees and more

I have lived here for about 3 years. It is a very nice building and has great access to nightlife in Atlanta/Buckhead. Walking distance to world class dinning and bars. Also has a good pool for swimming laps with a pretty good gym. All of the ceilings are very tall and the halls are very wide. Its a great spot. I have no plans on moving. Thanks. more

Hidden Village- 2014/2015 This is the worst place that I have ever lived. Although the townhouse is extra spacious with a jack and jill restroom upstairs, and a sunken living room. The apartments are old and the building I live the only thing is certain is that ther infrastructure is old all the piping is out of control I had 3 floods from 2014 2015, not to mention my neighbors that live in the more

I would rate Columbia Grove a 9 out of 10, I Absolutely Loveeee this place, The property manager Debra makes sure kids are not running around, make sure they are being guided by there parents or they cant be outside by themselves, Where else is the property manager walking around being concerned about the safety of other kids? Not too many property managers even put in the effort to do this. I more
