While I was visiting a resident, my car was broken into- with the attempt to steal it- within the gated parking deck. There was no outward alert to residents that the break-in had even taken place, and by the time I found out the leasing office had towed my already destroyed car.
To make matters worse, the staff was extremely unprofessional about the matter and essentially placed the blame on me for not keeping tabs on my car at all hours. It was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life...which is saying something.
On a smaller note, for the time I've visited it was apparent that noise was an issue. You could hear neighbors through the ceilings.
The new management (Riverstone) is woefully inept at managing an apartment complex or providing customer service.
