The accounting system at Collier Ridge is set up to not recognize when you make a payment. They send everything into collections right away!
When you move out, they do not comply with OCGA &44-7-31 etc and therefore, you can cite OCGA & 44-7-35 etc in order to receive 3Xdeposit plus attorney's fees from them.
Send a cease and desist letter, upload your cease and desist letter citing law to your credit report and comment on their lawlessness!
DO NOT LET THESE SUCKERS GET AWAY WITH IT!

I moved in in '11 when rent was below $800. I don't care about granite counter tops, ceiling fans and the like. I just want spacious, good school district and close to work. Now it's too expensive, but the electricity is still a fire hazard. Not worth paying over $1k for and then get your credit messed up. Not for people who plan on buying a house!
