Summit Midtown is the last place you want to live. If you like noise, an unsafe place to live, horible service and staff, unclean, break ins, crimes, gate malfunctions, 8 months ago a detective knock at my door around 7 PM wanna to ask meā¦Ā See More >charity74

If you want your car to be broken into, then move in!
Now called Summit Midtown, I moved in in April and in Dec will be moving out. We loved our floor plan and the location. Maintenance was always quick to respond to issues with in the unit but. My roomate's truck has been broken into 6ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't even CONSIDER Living here!!
I have been a resident here for several years - in fact, since just after the building opened. Trust me when I tell you that this place has gone from a pleasant-enough-luxury-wannabe to an utter --------.
Filthy common areas, shoddy construction, some office staff that areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Hot Place To Live
The apartments are great! Lots of different types to choose from and very clean. When I first visited the place my leasing guy, Mario, was super cool and really into what I needed. I looked at many places before leasing here and was impressedā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Manager is unreasonable, apartments are nice
Don't plan on having any luck reasoning with the manager, and her boss really isn't much better, why are so many apartment managers so difficult and mad all the time. If someone in the front office tells you something of any importance, get itā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Customer and tenant service lost
The management at this complex is one of the most cold and distant than I have ever dealt with. Way too strict. THey also flipped people by raising rent by revocation of deals that tenants moved in on. Stay away from them.ā¦Ā See More >urbancowboy

Much improved!!
Been here a year and am very happy with the changes that are taking place under the new owners. The new name is Summit Midtown. There will be new carpet and paint in the halls. I called for a pest control guy, and they sentā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Six car breakins today, incessant crime at Highlands
Notice: Highlands on Ponce is a very unsafe building to live in. There is no security. Yes they have cameras, but why? Nobody is watching the grounds, hence my car being broken into once, and my roomates THREE times since January. ā¦Ā See More >marydo

don't get suckered!
I'd lived at the apartment from the time it first opened until my lease ran out just recently. It was no doubt the place to live when it first opened, but I wouldn't recommend anyone move in there these days. Crime is a major problem.ā¦Ā See More >jmberns

Highlands on Ponce...Management Needs Improvement
When I first visited this property, I was estatic! The beauty of the area. I know it is not that far from the hood, but I really do enjoy the overall area. I love my apartment.

But, the top management sucks! Specifically the Assistant Manager. Leasingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Getting Better
New office staff have definitely made a difference. While parking is still a nightmare with inadequate spaces and congestion from the restaurants you can see improvements. Midtown security patrol has started driving by - officer even introduced himself to us on the street.ā¦Ā See More >pappad12

New Staff Changes has made an incredible difference

This place has problems. All of the other posts are correct about the management. There are a few people in the office that are great. However, the one or two people in charge are miserable to deal with. The area is dangerousā¦Ā See More >anonymous
