Resident 2013

5/19/2013

I moved here in December of 2011 and my experience has been phenomenal. I love my stackable washer and dryer and dishwasher and microwave all in my unit. I have not seen one, single solitary cockroach in my one bedroom apartment in a year and a half. I have never had a problem with parking. The gym has been fantastic (often times, I'm the only person in there, running on the treadmills watching two huge flat screen televisions. The maintenance staff has been very responsive, changing my air filters, unclogging drains. This apartment has truly been a blessing to me. Ashley, at the front desk, and Lisa have been extremely professional and helpful during my time here. I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex--it's near Ansley Publix, Cheshire Publix and Tower Liquor store is less than a block away so how could you ever beat that? My only complaint is that there are times the residents let their dogs do their business in the common area bushes, but that's a resident problem as much as a management problem. I wish Lakeshore Crossing well--it's full of law students, graduate students and long term residents. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a safe, quiet, peaceful place to live, rent at Lakeshore Crossing.
