Pros and Cons
Pros:
1. Management staff (Derek) is very helpful and friendly.
2. The pool is great and is clean 90% of the time it's open.
3. Convenient location (85, 75, 400, Buckhead, Midtown - you are about 10/15 minutes from all the major hotspots).
4. The gym may be small, but it's got plenty of machines to keep you in shape and 2 TVs with cable. It's also available 24 hours with your key card.

Cons:
1. NOISE NOISE NOISE! If you can handle -------$ who play their music at 11 at all hours of the day, then good for you. In fact, I can hear music and a TV loud enough to pick out words as I type this. I work multiple jobs, so sleep is important to me, thus I'm moving out at the end of my lease
2. The after hours guy is supposed to be helpful, but he doesn't do anything to be helpful. In fact, he's anti-helpful.
3. Safety is NOT guaranteed. Several notices have been put out about car break-ins and one resident being held up at gunpoint. I've seen multiple vehicles with broken windows in the parking lot.
4. Residents let their animals $h1t everywhere and don't care if it gets left. Lovely.
5. Nothing, except Wendy's and Fat Matt's, is within walking distance.Share This Review
