Lived here for a little over a year. Their website is beautiful, the apartments are not. The office staff is absolutely terrible and hardly ever available. The people that work the front desk are all temp service. They can't help you with anything but tell you "no one is available, would you like to set up an appointment?" or fill out a work order. A major problem is work orders. They either take forever and a day to complete, or never get carried out magically disappearing from their system as if you never called. The latter option happened to me quite frequently. I have literally only had 3 out of dozen plus work orders completed. It also doesn't help maintenance is understaffed and completely overwhelmed. The neighbors are noisy and have absolutely no control over their children. They roam around with zero adult supervision all times of night cursing, fighting, and smoking. I feel like I watch these kids more than their parents. The grounds are filthy because of all the littering. Yesterday I saw a kid take trash to the dumpster, single out a single piece of styrofoam, and stomp it into a million pieces in front of the dumpster then leave it. The grounds staff does what they can to pick the trash up, but by nightfall it's back to what I sadly consider normal. The grass is well maintained and the lighting is decent once you're inside the complex. However lighting along the driveway entering the complex is minimal. A few people have been robbed at night walking down the driveway leading to the complex. It's very rare but has happened.
The only positives I can note about these apartments is cheap rent and its relative location. Ease of access to MARTA and major highways. Greenbrier Mall is within walking distance as well as Kroger. One exit away Camp Creek has multiple plaza's for shopping and entertainment.
To sum it up, if you are just in it for the convenience to and from and can ignore all the crap that goes on. This is the place you you, otherwise don't bother like I did. HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART!
