I have thourougly had a bad experience with this apartment as have other please refer to BBB(better business bureau website to leave complaints or get other reviews)
- they have first set me up with the a third floor apartment on they day of move in when I specifically asked for a first floor apartment.
- I requested a garage and paid for it prior to receiving a key as your suppose to. They called me multiple times to say I did not pay even though the first time I provided them with proof of payment, they completely lost it or forgot I brought it in.
- there were multiple noise complaints papers put on our door from our downstairs neighbors because we work until 12p.m we requested they switch us to first floor unit, no response form management or resolution from them. We also requested to know what the noise was or came from, no response or answer for that.
In conclusion this apartment lacks massively in the communication department, make sure to get everything in writing as they are incompetent or forgetful im not sure which, or both .

Thank you for taking the time provide your feedback. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that you requested a first floor apartment when your lease was secured and we did not have one available on move-in day.
We do have record of your first garage payment being mi-applied, however, we were able to rectify this within one hour of your submission of proof of payment. We did phone to request payment each month as it was not submitted with the rent payment from your corporate housing agency.
We attempted on numerous occasions both directly and through the corporate housing agency to communicate regarding the noise complaints. However, did not receive a response until very recently.
We strive to provide each resident with an exceptional experience and are disappointed that we have been unable to do so for you. We would be happy to further discuss your concerns directly if you would like to visit us in the leasing center.
