I feel like I should be on the payroll for MCC bc I recommend it to everyone. I spent a long time looking around before deciding to go with them. I am so glad I did! The rooms are pretty small, but I love the vaulted ceilings, and there is so much closet space that I can't really complain about the size. The staff is very nice and helpful. I'm not sure about maintenance, bc I have lived here for a year with absolutely no issues. Parking is always plentiful and the spaces themselves are really big. Everything was so clean when I moved in, and they even wrote me a little note and left a box of chocolates for me. I have enjoyed use of the pool, volleyball court, and tennis court. The neighbors are really nice and friendly. And who doesn't love a complimentary breakfast? I didn't even know apartments did that. I have always felt very safe since moving here. And they offer monthly military discount and I believe they waived one of the fees when I was applying. I could go on, but i'll stop there.
The only negative thing I would say is that it's right by the highway and it is audible at all times of the day, though not to the point where it is intrusive. And sometimes I can hear my neighbors bass.
I have friends all over in different apartment complexes around the city and it just confirms so much more that I made the best decision. The price is higher than a lot of places around town, but considering that here you don't have to put up with gangbanging, a lot of noise, cockroaches, rude staff, or concerns over safety, I am certainly willing to pay a little more.
