I can honestly say I have been very dissatisfied since I move here a few months ago in Feb. Well for starters, the day I signed my lease and were supposed to move in. My apt looked like crap. Mind you that I am supposed to be paying like an extra 60-80 dollors for a renovated unit. The carpet in the living room was disgusting and needed to be replaced. Some of the doors and doorknobs werent put on also had cracks and holes, only which one was replaced. The list can go on. Now it looks and smells as if I have mold growing from a pervious leak that took them 3 weeks to fix. It's just one thing after another. My so called "Renovated" apt falls apart little by little every week. The closet doors won't even stay on. One fell off and hit my 5 year old in the head. Oh , it's also would be nice to enjoy the pool with my kids and not have to worry about them listening to these unsupervised children cussing, fighting, jumping off the office roof. The leasing staff acts like they care but don't do anything about it. You have to tell them your problem several times. But, I should say the newer African American lady at the front desk is very nice and seems very helpful. Ughhhhhh!!! I can't wait till my lease is up!!!!
