THE PERSON WHO WROTE GOOD NEIGHBOR GOOD STAFF WAS EITHER LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH OR MORE LIKELY THEY WORK FOR WELLINGTON RIDGE WHICH I STRONGLY SUSPECT(OFFICE STAFF). RAY CHARLES COULD SEE THAT THE QUALITY OF TENANT HAS STEADILY DROPPED OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. I AM A THREE YEAR RESIDENT AND I HAVE NOTICE THE NEW TENANTS ARE LOOKING ALOT ROUGHER. I ALWAYS PAY MY RENT EITHER EARLY OR RIGHT ON TIME AND I CAN SAY WITH ALL HONESTY THAT THE STAFF IS DEFINATELY RUDE AND UNFREINDLY. I HAVE NOT HAD TO DEAL WITH THEM THAT OFTEN, BUT PRACTICALLY EVERY TIME I HAVE IT HAS NOT BEEN NICE. I LIKE MY APARTMENT AND THE LOCATION IS GOOD SO I HAVE NOT MADE UP MY MIND WHETHER OR NOT TO RENEW MY LEASE, BUT I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. IT MAKES ME MAD TO GIVE ANYONE MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND NOT TO GET AN OUNCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK IN RETURN. I FEEL LIKE THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE HAVE THE ATTITUDE THAT THE ARE LETTING ME LIVE HERE FOR FREE. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH. IF THE STAFF WOULD ADOPT THAT ATTITUDE MAYBE THEY WOULDN´T HAVE TO WRITE PHONY COMMENTS PRETENDING TO BE RESIDENTS. THE RESIDENTS THEMSELVES WOULD BE WRITING HOW NICE THE STAFF IS.
