The management staff (Angela, Tia) provided exceptional customer service upon my arrival at the property. The move-in process was virtually seamless. I look forward to enjoying kayaking in the river. I look forward to kayaking on the river.

Horrible nothing but issues with this apartment. Do better and fix the units. These apartments are not luxury or premium at all what so ever. So theres no reason the rent should be so high when the unit im in is freezing cold

It was a very HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE when I first moved in and for the next 2 years was a Living Hell but lately things have turned MUCH BETTER?? I think is due to the NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM that takes care of the Tenants ??

Beautiful community when I first moved in, but as management changed the quality of the community went downhill but the new manager and her team that are here now are bringing it back to the beautiful community it was.

Management changes often, no consistency. Rent constantly increases with no improvement in apartment appliances or up keep. On going pest Problems (roaches and waterbugs), really old house's. Quiet area, nice neighborhood

I can't complain, overall excellent community, near the lake, prices a bit high, but it's worth it. Love the Staff, expecially Tia and the Manager, both are charming. Maintenance guy, Mr Sellers, awesome, dedicated and respectful.

The current management seems to really care about the community and the residents. Things are improving. Very happy to see better access to amenities and maintenance requests being handled. The staff now are great.
