It was a nice place to live up until a couple of weeks ago. Not very safe so I would NOT recommend moving in by yourself. My apartment got robbed and I've gotten notices about at least 4 other break in since i've been here (or reports of gunshots through someone's window). The management has not yet reported my break-in to the rest of the complex which lets me know that they report break-ins selectivly so there is no telling how many break-ins there have actually been. Make sure you have renter's insurance if you do decide to move-in (i did and i'm very grateful because my things will be replaced) and I would recommend purchasing extra locks (or getting management to install them) and/or an alarm. Also I came home from 9:30 to find my apartment broken into and after calling the police neither I, my neighbor, or the police could get anyone to answer a phone so I had to miss a day of work because I couldn't get into my apartment at that time and the police didn't want to break in the door with no one to come fix the lock at that time. The management's policy is that theft is not their problem and they are doing nothing to fix it or make the complex safer. Once my lease is up I am definately moving.
