Upon moving in, there was a broken chair and the tiles were coming up in the kitchen. Also, Copper Beech will charge you for any thing they possibly can. I was charged over a ridiculous amount of money for a bounced check and was not notified to it until the end of the month when I had already incurred $120 in charges. The staff could not tell me why I did not receive a notice and said "you should of gotten a notice" although I NEVER did. They did not take any of the charges off. I had to pay the fine or be evicted. Secondly, the front office will try to charge you for everything they can. Beware and look up the laws and sections of your lease before blindly paying a charge. Also, most of the workers in the front office have no idea what they are talking about. Good luck renting here, and the rent + utilities actually means rent + utilities + overages every single month.
One last thing- I woke up to a cockroach on my arm one night. DISGUSTING.
