Please, stay away!!!!!!! First of all the customer service is very poor. The leasing agent -------- will not get back to you in a timely manner or doesn't at all. If you ever ask for a call back....forget about it!!! Be aware DO NOT pay for security deposit unless the unit is move in ready and CLEAN!!!!!. I had pay my deposit 199.00$ and was supposed to be moving on a Friday. The unit was not ready and dirty. They expect you to move with damaged carpeting etc... I changed my mind afterwards and they want to keep my deposit for a unit I never lived in. Staff hanged up on me few times as well as office manager is refusing to give me a refund. I am currently filling a lawsuit and contacting local news. I had contacted corporate as well. Be AWARE!!!!!
