I have been in this community for 12 years. The past two(2) has been very bad. I never experienced cockroaches until this year. I will be moving at the end of my present lease because I feel the service has not been great. I think something is wrong with the heating system. The last two months have been very horrible. My power bill is $200. and I have never had a bill like that before anywhere. I feel my time has been well-spent here. The rent is outrageous for I am getting. I have mix-matched appliances in the kitchen and dishwasher is either no good or not connected correctly.
